Set up with an investment of $15.M, the Unit is a world class green field project, set up with the latest turnkey machinery of SIPA Italy and manufacturers world class produce in the most hygienic environment. The Unit was set up with a capacity to produce 16,000 Bottles per Hour with a single line. This has probable capacity expansion of possibility of 48,000 BPH with the addition of 3 more lines, taking the net capacity to 64,000 BPH. The Unit has a floor area of approximately 100,000 Sq. Ft and has been set up on a land parcel of 12.5 acres. The Unit currently produces Carbonated Soft Drinks, Soft Juices and Mineral water. Product portfolio for the brand includes Carbonated Soft Drinks, Carbonated Fruit Drinks, Concentrated Juice Drinks, Mineral Water and Energy Drinks in PET Bottles. Further modification can be done to produce alcoholic Beverages such as beer.
Business Expansion and Distribution along with Sales and Marketing is controlled by a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of the parent company, registered at Kolkata, India. Within a Year of operations, the market reach approximately 45,000 Outlets / POS with a target reach of 100,000 in 2019. With Logistical warehouses located in strategic locations across Eastern India, the business is well equipped to be a major player in the Soft Drink Industry and have a Pan East India footing in the next 2 Years.
